Been to a number of sound baths with lou from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave its very welcoming relaxing atmosphere and everything you need is provided. Love the little touch of lavender filled eye masks coat blankets and little cushions. Great for a hours relaxing sound bath. Alwyas come away feeling lighter and and refreshed. Would highly recommend these and also at such a great price to couldn't ask for anymore thankyou so much.

I have had a distant Reiki session from Louise, and can honestly say I felt all the changes happening in my body and mind during the session. Upon seeing her later on the same day - our experiences of what I felt and what Louise had experienced coincided perfectly.I have also been to the sound healing session that Louise holds, and once again I can say that I felt an awful lot of emotional release during, and full relaxation during and after the session, that she performed extremely eloquently and with practiced presence.I would definitely recommend working with Louise, and I will be taking advantage of her services again soon. She is also extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to speak to.Many thanks Louise :)

So relaxing, I chilled so much I was nearly asleep, it was really lovely to be able to get time to myself mentally and physically. Well worth a visit. I loved it.
