Food from here used to be really good and I used to order it weekly but last two times really awful paneer and lamb smelly_informed them but shop completlely not bothered! So don't waste your money

Staff disgusting and rude we walked in after a couple off indin or pakistani couple could have been totaly diffrent for all i care that was at 10:45 to be told kitchen shut sorry so I said so why they get a table and not us the man just walked away and said leave absulty appuling attitude from staff and to shut a kitchen down 45 mins before close is shocking

Bad delivery service ever .. 5 6 time we call how long delivery guy will take for deliver the food .. every time excuses 5 min more .. he is in your street .. he is outside door .. and theyAnd all the time chef change .. food taste change.. we said no spice they put double .. never see wat customers request for spice , mild , or no spice

OMG! Guess what, the food is terrible. It tastes so bad! Avoid the place if you can. They never ask about welcome drinks. It was so bad especially for the nann. Not a single fan. It was 25 degrees and they don’t even care.

Mint yoghurt was off, I poured it over my takeaway food and after first taste realised and called the restaurant straight away. Staff members argued and said it wasn’t off suggesting I am lying and then said they will give me something free but not tonight as delivery driver has finished for the day. I said I will call back tomorrow as I am now without dinner and you cannot rectify your error. I called back the next day and was told they wouldn’t be replacing the full order but only partial which I wasn’t happy about as this is not what was agreed. I asked to speak to manager and was told there wasn’t one.I asked how long the partial order would take they said 25-30 mins.. I called after 1hour30 to chase and was told the delivery driver has left and is on route. 2hours later I call again to be told they are busy and have not made the order. At this point I’m furious and they give me the managers number. I call the manager immediately to express my disappointment and advise that I’ve waited several hours both evenings and still no compensation or apology. The manager said they can’t give out free food and there was nothing that he can do. Absolute disgrace, I’ve been a loyal customer for years and this is how they treat customers. Avoid and do not waste your time here! Mistakes happen it’s how you rectify it and I’ve had two evenings ruined due to wasted time and being lied to by their staff!

The poor reviews were overlooked prior to this visit. Believing that everyone has an off day.Despite speaking to manager and chefs prior to ordering...they failed on so many levels.They may be catering for a special clientele.Your bowels are precious don't subject them to unnecessary torture at the hands of the unelected king karahi....they will thank you later!***Too many 1☆ reviews to ignore.***

Avoid this place, its a Scam and Rude staff and Terrible service!!They show wrong prices on the menu and charge extra on the bill. Had a terrible eating experience, not only bad service but also wrong bill. Menu items were overcharged on the bill and also added an extra item.When queried the guy behind the counter, he was very rude dismissing the menu prices as printing mistake on the menu... didn't honour the menu prices at all. Removal of extra item that we didnt order from the bill was a big hassle. Rude waiter called himself as the boss lol and said his name was UK.... pure arrogance. Note the food was average and overpriced what this place had to offer.

Update to my previous review,This is my favourite Indian takeaway in Slough - everything is freshly made in front of your eyes, flavour is great and options too.As a recommendation to the place, I would recommend considering modernisation of the ambience to re-attract new crowds -specifically seating and flooring/ layout. Unfortunately in the vain era we are in, great food isn't the top of everyone's priorities anymore!Good food, lovely flavours. Would recommend always confirming the dish spice level depending on your tolerance.Naans are yum, and overall my local go-to choice for a strong Indian" meal."
