Excellent customer service. My prescription was ready to collect and the Pharmacist took the time to come and discuss my medication and item owed due to no stock, which was out of their control. Such a lovely Pharmacy, fantastic staff, always so approachable and one of the best in Brighton&Hove.

Some nice pharmacists here I’ve spoken to before it’s just a real shame customers are met with a rather unfriendly women on the till, blonde older women who really lacks any sort of customer service skill whatsoever. I never take the time to do reviews that are negative but it’s happened far too many times to be ignored for me now that I do think it should be raised as I’m sure there are many people that could offer a much friendlier customer experience or appropriate training needs to be given to this current staff member to at the very least know how to say hello and thank you.

The single star is too much. This pharmacy has become worse and worse since first opening. Now they don’t even answer the phone which they always did before.Especially don’t go on a Saturday unless you have a couple of hours to spare!

There must be some polite and competent pharmacists at this location, but I have yet to meet them. Two of the pharmacists offer a superior and all-knowing manner for those customers who love being patronised. One of them also offers terrible advice for 4 year olds. When I called to ask why the remedy for my son went so horribly wrong, the pharmacist tried to blame the bad response firstly on me, then on the batch. ???? Will not be returning. Caveat emptor!

This is a fabulous chemist. I’m unfortunately a regular as I’ve been very unwell. They are always super friendly, have what I need every time and give great advice when I need it. I’d highly recommend!

Popped in here today to speak the pharmacist. She was very helpful and understanding. She gave me some great advice. She took her time when listening to me and I didn't feel rushed or being pushed away. Thank you to the pharmacist and all staff members for doing a great job!

Very moody, rude older blonde lady serving behind the counter. Not a hello or thank you not a smile, not sure why she’s employed as a customer service assistant when she clearly don’t even know the basics of good customer services
