The Kiosk to order didn't work properly, the staff didn't really know what they were doing. The burger I got looked like it had been done as part of a play school project. Not sure how well this restaurant is going to do if it continues like this.

Sat here for 10 mins and watched 15 cars pull up at try to go in at 8:50 despite advertising open until 10 it was shut

Came for my meal drive thru got home missing items - went back given new items all stone cold. I understand it’s a new site so queued for a long time but I’m disgusted at the food given to me the second time. Instead of re-cooking my food they came me all old items I presume sat there for ages that they’ve missed off other orders as all order numbers on the packets different numbers over several orders. Also no phone number to ring the store once home the second time to provide feedback, I shouldn’t have to go back a 3rd time! I’ve spent £40 and non of it edible! Will not be going to this branch again!

I can't give any stars because I didn't even get to go in, got there tonight at 7.50pm and there was someone on the door not letting you in, said it shuts at 8pm, the boss made him stand there, 3 hours before the closing time on the door, I see by other reviews that this is a common issue since opening, not sure why, maybe someone should explain on here for all the people not able to try their local burger king.

We went to burger king, but it was closed 2 hours earlier than their closing time on the door, yet there was 1 family inside eating still. The drive through was blocked off and both doors were locked. Not a great first impression for a new drive thru....
