Marvellous service and very knowledgeable! We noticed the boiler was leaking at 5 p.m, rang them and they came three hours later and fixed the problem (and some issues with our bathroom taps as a bonus) and gave us plenty of useful advice. We'll be using them in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Phoned to be fair said couldn't come out until Saturday someone rang and cancelled and came the same evening that I phoned which was on the Wednesday rang me he looked at the problem told me what was needed and was back the next evening with his son got onto doing the job straight away they were there a good 2 1/2 hrs easy they didn't stop and I could ask them any questions and he was happy enough to explain it new pump put in because mine had gone bled rads and througly went through one by one I would highly recommend him put my faith back into people just by turning up and doing the job not rude or rushed his son is getting more confidence in working with him which I think is great by keeping it in the family.
