We moved house two years ago and in theory these folks service our water softener. In practice, they often cancel and try and rearrange the appointment. If they don’t cancel then they often just don’t turn up. Best to look elsewhere.

I brought in September the 12 a softener water system we are in nearly end the October I do not recived anything every week i was contact the company only they said ...u need waiting so I do not recommend this company I need report on credit card

We had a water softener fitted by Lakeside years ago. We have no limescale any more and it's wonderful. We still have mains supply for the garden and the kitchen.I have had it serviced and collect the salt from them. They are so helpful and full of advice. I thoroughly recommend them.
