Excellent service. Went to buy my son a birthday gift and asked lots of questions about what he would need and at no time felt pressured to go over my budget just honestgood advice and recommendation. We went by car bur the bus station is just a stones throw away.

Went in today to get my tip on snooker cue done. The staff are brilliant and ant did my cue while I waited and done a 1st class job on it. Would recommend anybody going up there for snooker, darts and bowls.

Needed my dart repointing after a bounce out had caused it to snap with very little of the point left showing I didn’t have much hope that it could be changed however, the gentleman was happy to try and managed to get the remaining part of the point out and replace it with a new one and also changed the other two points on my darts to keep the set all the same.Very happy with the service I have received and being able to keep using my favourite set of darts is just brilliant!If you need anything for your darts set up I would definitely recommend this place.

Sadly would not recommend using this company, and certainly would not be purchasing anything from them again.I paced an order I received my an email to say it will be processed shortly. Had to call them 2 days later to inquire what was happening with my order.The response was that it was out of stock and we have sent you an email, and that they have already refunded my money.I have had no email and I have checked my refund status time and it was apparent that it was only processed whilst I was on the phone to them, they also state that it is free delivery to all UK, however this is not true.Very disappointed all round very poor service, I'll never use them again!

Came in today with my dad to purchase a cue. Ant greeted us and was very helpful and knowledgable and talked us through all the options. Great experience and very happy with our purchase.

I popped in here after a brief Google search for snooker shops. The owner had a look at my cue as I thought it was warped and wanted a 2nd opinion. I found a great replacement at a really good price and you can test it before you buy it on his practice table. Which is brilliant, it allows you to get a feel for a cue before you invest.
