Al Murad Tiles

I was supplied with the wrong tiles because the display was wrongly labelled. I had to return to the shop as I was disbelieved on the phone. I have had to pay for a tiler to return on 2 days as a result. I have not been advised of when my tiles will be back in stock. I considered a different tile but they were unable to quote me. Variable service depending on assistant.

Rubbish. Ordered tiles online to be delivered to their Croydon store through click and collect. Terrible after sales customer service and no after sale order updates. Had to call both their online team and Croydon store daily over 10 days to chase, all the time no answer or someone will call you back in 20 min" - same story all the time and noone ever did. Croydon team saying we have nothing to do with the online team (they are the same business) and passing me back to their online team. Treating customer like a ping pong ball. Online team non existent

I visited the branch many times, and every visit the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very informative on which products work best for home/garden. We picked the Quartz work top and Ali was very helpful in getting everything sorted from the beginning to the end. I would 100% recommend Al Murad as they have some of the best quality products at prices you cannot find elsewhere. Their communication was faultless, and they honestly try to help you find the best thing suited to your needs whatever you may be after. This was one of the companies that really made life easier for me while there were works in the house. There was no occasion where they had not kept to an agreement. The date the worktops would arrive or how long it would take to fit them, all sorted with seamless communication.

Worst company to get any tiles. We had ordered tiles for bathroom which came very late and half broken. The tiles for the kitchen and hallway were suppose to come aswell, which came late. We had to delay all our work. Pay the builders for no job as they were booked in advance. I do not recommend anyone to get their tiles from al murad!!!! We returned a toilet which a worker told us to bring it to the shop. We kept coming and still not received a refund. Also we had ordered a bath and they send the wrong bath. The builders were working that day so we could not change it !!!!!! Worst place and limited designs .

Lots of choice, helpful. later tiles ordered not in warehouse had to reorder and was told of delivery date - no messages until i contacted to ask about it and for the tiles to be delivered late, had message to call back next week to remind. staff on phone not helpful as only told by 1 ring back in 10 minutes - but no call back at all, called again spoke to someone who said speak to manager as they knew nothing, no names given when you call so no idea who you speak to

I brought tiles and a worktop from Al Murad and was really happy with the service.

My favourite tile shop! Any other shop feels boring compared to these guys. And they've always been decently priced!

Have had a good experience buying from Al Murad before but the store was a mess and they told us to leave as soon as we arrived even though the sign said it was open.Went next door and spent my money at Topps instead.

Very unhappy with this company. They are a joke. I wanted to get tiles due to my bahtroom getting re-done. I called the store and asked if they had those particular ones. They said no they have to order it. So i was hoping to order it on the phone. They said thet cant take orders on the phone. So went there on Sunday morning to purchase 6 tiles. They said it would come by Wednesday. I took thier word and booked my builder to do the job Thursday and Friday.I called on Wednesday, they said delivery came but can not see my tiles. There was an issue with my order or something. They said now the earliest i can get it is Friday 12pm.This has messed up everything for me. They were no apologetic and showed zero customer care. They just made excuses that it happens. Very poor

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Only care for sale. I have made 3 trips to the shop now to collect some tiles. They ordered the wrong ones first and the 2nd time. Third time one of the tile broke. They only got 4 of the other 6 tiles that I had ordered. No apologies but only defiance. I am stuck unable to complete my bathroom. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Avoid at all cost.
