Mick did the service on my van and notified that it had outstanding recalls from Ford. Andy sorted out my tyre and rim which had to be welded as it was damaged by a pot hole.Excellent service happy motorist.

I booked in to have my brake pads replaced and was told if any further work needed doing I would be called. I was told later that they had already changed the disks too and I had been charged £290 for this.When I refused to pay and said “I have never been to a garage where they carry out unauthorised repairs on your car” the guy responded “well, I don’t know what world you live in but I’m my world our customers are just happy to drive away with a safe vehicle”They ended up knocking of the labour and VAT - I still didn’t want to pay the final amount but for my car to be returned back to me I had to.I would never go here again. The situation was handled so poorly.

I called in on the off-chance as my car started to produce a loud knocking noise from underneath and I was concerned about safety. Mick and Andy were at a busy period but even so, they booked the car in promptly and resolved the noise for me within a few days.I'm extremely happy with the work completed and thank them again for rectifying a bad job someone else had done.Highly recommended so a 5 star review from me. Will be using them from now on.....

It was the first time I have used Mick Miles Motor Repairs after a few bad experiences at other garages. Andy was quick to diagnose the problem and my car was fixed the same day. I was kept informed of what was needed and of the cost. My car was collected from my work place and returned at the end of the day. They did an excellent job of fixing new brake pads and discs. I will continue to use them and I am planning to book my next service and MOT with them. Brilliant service provided.
