Elite Charity Solutions are brilliant, and I'm not just saying this, I actually mean it! They have been suppling us with a printer for nearly 2 years now and we can't fault them in anyway. If you running low on ink, it just appears through the post...you don't even have to order it! The support team are brilliant, they help you over the phone if it's a simple issue to fix, or they come out and fix it if it's a post-it note stuck in the printer issue (do not try this though). All joking aside, they are a brilliant company, and we just pay for what we print! I would highly recommend them!

Elite provided our church copier/printer which has been excellent and aids costs. We haven't had any issues with the machine but know we can get a very quick response if we do.

This is a better deal and service than we thought was available. Elite are so much better than our previous suppliers. With them we are paying less, yet get a better printer and better service. We are also not locked in for years as we were before. Everyone has been helpful and good to deal with. I've very much so advise checking them out.

My life has been made so much easier since scrapping our old inkjet printers and moving over to a Ricoh machine provided by Elite. Printer ink was priced to be more expensive than blood - I know as I used to run a hospital! Now, my costs are under control, my print quality is up and my administration hassles are down. What is not to like? Thank you Elite. I am a convert.
