Really appreciate the staff and the work they do but the online booking system doesn't work (and it hasn't worked for at least 6 months). This creates really problems and is a potential threat to people's health as they can't make bookings. The phone system seems to have also changed with recent calls simply being cancelled because there's no one available to answer the phones. Really need to sort this out as anyone over 25 can't just walk in to express any more.

Really excellent. Very well organised and run. Everything happened smoothly, without feeling rushed. Results came very quickly by text. The best healthcare experience I've had in the UK by far. Many thanks to the people who work there, they are an example for the rest of us.

The best service for sexual health care I visited so far in London and Paris. The staff are gorgeous, polite, always with a smile same If you are the 100 people seen but mainly they are all professional at all time, non judgemental and advise you when you need. Never had a bruise when taking blood test nor getting an injection fro treatment. As far as I could read and speak with the nurses, Due to reduce funding from Public Health and Westminster council the wait is getting longer and longer but Dean Street still welcome people that are not from the council (including myself) while many other council refused (except if it is an emergency) and don't cut on the standards and quality they provide. But the wait get longer also as more people are coming in. Monday, Thursday and Friday afternoon are the worse. Go on Monday or Tuesday morning you will have more luck to be seen easily. The good part is you get result fast and if positive you can walking the next day to get treatment without appointment. The second good part is you can take time to read, meditate and stop your busy life for 30/60/90min during the wait.Congratulations to the team keep going on this great service provided.

I really wish that I could give it a better review. Reception staff were kind, but there was a mix up with the paperwork given to the service provider so I had to wait a bit longer on top of the long wait from my scheduled time. I am patient and have no problem with the wait, but in the end it did not feel worth it. I felt rushed and uncomfortable to ask all the questions I had because of how rushed the appointment was. With such a sensitive topic, I feel that patience and the willingness to stop and listen to the patient ought to be a priority instead of being pushed out the door to go home. My GP recommended the clinic due to their knowledge and I feel I did not get the privilege of experiencing that.

One of the rudest and racist receptionists and customer service I have come across, I was waiting at the que and the receptionist served a white man who had came in right after me first even tho I was standing right infront of there desk, after I had told her that I was here first waiting to be served she then began to hand me 1 of my samples when I was supposed to collect 4 not putting all my samples in the tube. I will definitely forwarding this complaint to someone higher. totally unacceptable.

Used to be a great service but no longer. The website says you can walk in and collect prep as an existing patient, but you cannot. Also - the website appointment booking hasn’t worked for months, so it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment here.

I have been attending Dean St Express for many years. The professionalism and the politeness of all of the staff is amazing, their work ethic goes above and beyond to help every patient.I cannot understand the people who have left bad reviews, they have no respect, etiquette or life experience!

Friendly, efficient, modern and amazing community service. Reminded me of how lucky we are in the west to have access to these types of services, no questions asked.Had a few issues with online booking system, but turned out to be user error, remember to use the exact same details you originally registered with or it won't allow you to reuse themKudos! ❤

Staff are really friendly and helpful, the experience of sti testing is really quick and painless (especially in contrast to other centres) and they also offer PrEP and confidential, judgement-free support. Really great service, would definitely recommend this place for 21-yr-olds and under!
