Premier Inn Dunstable / Luton hotel

Fast check in, free parking, close to where I had to go. Overall a good experience. I will definitely book again.The only thing I would say, I ordered the nachos, they were good but the sauces weren't exactly sauces. Just chunks of vegetables. Also, there could have been a tad bit more melted cheese on nachos. But other than that, everything was good.

Room was excellent and very friendly service. Tge restaurant for evening dinner was disappointing due to a lack of staff, slow service, average food. But breakfast was satisfactory.

The service was fantastic! The family room was spacious and accommodating. The bathtub was amazing! And the breakfast, although extra cost, was so very worth it! Will definitely be staying again

location was perfect for what I needed. the rooms were very dated but super comfy bed!! reception were lovely and welcoming. maybe not worth £94! also the food in the restaurant was terrible!

The most comfortable bed and such a good night's sleep. Lovely breakfast at the Beefeater. Friendly staff at reception. Would highly recommend

So outdated, in desperate need of a refurbishment, no aircon in temperatures of 30 degrees, staff were amazing, but even for them to work under those conditions wasn't nice to see. Head Office down the road and its probably the worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed in!!!

Probably the worst premier inn I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many others and always had a pleasant experience. Sadly not this time. Our room was 30 degrees with no way of cooling it down as you can only open the window a fraction and there’s no air conditioning. We had a fan but it was useless and just blowing hot air around.We had booked a family room and had preordered a cot which wasn’t provided. There would have been barely enough space for one anyway.Our bathroom was grubby with black mould on the tiles and the toilet seat hardly attached to the toilet. I felt incredibly sorry for the staff, especially the cleaners having to work in such hot conditions.With two small children in such a boiling hot room I was on the verge of just checking out in the middle of the night and just driving the two hours home as at least I could have cooled them down with the car air conditioning. Unfortunately we needed to pick someone else up in the morning who was relying on us or I would have just left.Desperately in need of a refurbishment and general maintenance.

First visit to this premier inn at dunstable and have to say I really enjoyed my visit. The location for me was ideal as i had training to do so, just a short trip to sundon buisiness park the receptionist was bubbly and friendly she first got me to sort out the parking as its camera controlled then after booking me in she arranged my evening meal and breakfast the room is large clean tidy with a comfy bed the restaurant is also great again all the staff were welcoming food was great and in the morning breakfast was also great so all in all an really good all-round expirience definitely hopeing my company book me back here again
