Taste is good, but they’ll charge 10p for each single size bag even it’s because the shop has no double size bags available in stock, which is awful when you order 2 or more drinks. They also have reward cards but never offer it to customers unless you ask.

A newly opened tea shop that is still in its soft opening phase. The service is incredibly attentive and meticulous. We tried the Matcha green tea frappe and coconut black tea cappuccino, and the tea flavors were rich and refreshing. The product packaging is also very appealing. Highly recommended!

Such a bad customer service.The tea taste good but this doesn’t make you disrespectful.The takeaway bag charges 20P and the staff will not help you to do any package. You need to do the takeaway service by yourself.The customer service is quite uncomfortable.

As a person who used to drink one bubble tea a day (not anymore as I am concern about my health). But I can assure that tastea (茶宴）is the best milktea I have had in London period
