Usually really good but this time we had the clothes back and they were smelling of damp dog for some reason. Had to rewash them. Not sure they use fabric conditioner.

Poor job on my jacket unfortunately. Some marks on the front still untouched, and fold marks firmly across back. Not up to scratch for the money and seems a rush job.

Currently between houses, therefore no access to a washing machine. Dropped off a load of tee shirts and underwear and was able to collect the next day. Great value for money. Highly recommend this launderette service. Saves having to have change and wait around for your smalls to be washed and dried.

Excellent knowledge, brought my jacket in with some bubbles on the left hand breast and she sorted it in minutes! Timpson said there was nothing that could be done about it!
