Would definitely park here again. It was slightly more costly than the 15min option, but the quick hop to the airport made it worth it as we had our baby with us. The buses were regular - we didn't wait one way at all, and the other was within 30mins as advertised. Only comment would be that there was a big puddle right by the car as drainage wasn't great, so we had to navigate that with all of our bags, buggy and car seat. Aside from that minor issue though, I'd recommend it.

I booked this in advance, so it was £90 for 7 days.At first I couldn't find it as there were road works in the area. On arrival my car reg was noted and I gave my booking reference and was directed to Red. I was also given a yellow ticket and told to keep it for when we return. There was a courtesy bus that took us to the airport.On my return I couldn't find the yellow ticket, so was asked for my booking reference, as the driver needed to book my car out.I woul use this service again.

The drivers of the buses are so rude and arrogant, they have 100% put me off using short run ever again.Outbound it was raining heavy and the driver purposely drove past us (even though we were clearly at the bus stop) so we had to move all our bags and baby, there was no good morning or any interaction whatsoever. He didn’t help people with bags and just sat there with a miserable face. We were told it’s a 15 min trip and the guy had us waiting for 30 mins to fill up with people even though there were other buses waiting behind.On the way back it was pouring down and again it seemed he purposely parked away from the curb to see people struggle with bags and prams. He then said to one family with a baby ‘there’s no way your getting that on here’ all it took was people to move down and the pram fit fine.I understand people are going on holiday and they’re working but we all work hard to go away and they should at least be a little cheerful or perhaps look at changing jobs!I’m only giving it 2* because it was convenient but I will never use these again and I wouldn’t recommend.

We arrived at around 3.40 am to be greeted a friendly faced gentleman who couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Bus arrived quickly and it was a short journey. Easy on return too. I'll use this carpark again. Excellent, if a little expensive

The biggest issue is that the address details on the email confirmation following booking as the wrong address. This currently directs you to a hotel car park which is not the right location.Some parts of the car park are on a rocky unfinished patch of land that makes it difficult to walk on and also almost impossible to maneuver suitcases over. This part of the car park would be completely unsuitable for disabled customers or people with mobility issues.I parked in blue C area, the colour coding indicator is virtually impossible to see when arriving on the shuttle bus at night.Once you find the car park it is in a Great location and provides a quick shuttle to the airport in 5-10 mins. I left my vehicle feeling confident that it would be ok.

On arrival we were told where to park. In this space the car stuck out infront of the ones either side. My boyfriend pointed this out and wanted to move it elsewhere. He was told it would be fine. When collecting the car it was late at night and as the car park is poorly lit, it was impossible to inspect the car. The following morning at home it was clear to see someone had scraped paint off the front bumper. He was not happy and won’t be using them again.Also echoing other reviews, the bus driver was rude and ignorant. We arrived back in the early hours and saw the bus as we were walking towards the bus stop. My boyfriend continuously waved at him to stop but was ignored. We had to wait about half an hour for the next one.

Firstly the drivers of both outbound and return journeys were completely rude and unhelpful.Very small buses with large volume of people waiting on our return thus had to wait ages for a second bus.Definitely wouldn’t use again as very poor

A location for airport parking, only a 10 minute bus ride to the terminals. Dropped the car off at 3.30am, met by a friendly gentleman, the bus arrived quickly. On return journey only waited a few minutes for the bus which took us from outside the arrivals area to the car park. A good service.

So much easier than parking at the airport. Find your alloted spot, park the car and then get the bus to the airport. Upon arrival you are given a ticket for the return journey so you know which bus stop to catch the bus from. Definitely will use again.

Poor!!!! Waited 40 minutes at bus stop A in Birmingham airport 3 buses later to wait for a tiny white minibus pitch black no lights rude driver to load our luggage ourselves… poor service get a tidy size bus!! Will not book again!!
