Imke was excellent from start to finish. She listened, quickly understood my issue and started a plan for recovery. She picked up issues other Physio’s had missed and I am now on the mend. Would highly recommend the Clinic.

Several years back I saw Amy (owner and podiatrist) for the first time as I’d been troubled with severe knee pain for decades. Amy was professional, caring, very knowledgeable and thorough at diagnosis. Due to her identifying the correct path of treatment, I now have fully functional knees with little to no pain. They feel better than they did twenty years ago and I can’t recommend Amy highly enough as a result.The new clinic is bright and spacious with a clean, professional look. The self-check-in is a nice touch and easy to use. Being in the shopping centre provides easy parking and access to many other facilities so a great choice of location.

My reflexology session with Amie was great. All the staff are lovely, I really enjoyed my time with Amie. The treatment was very relaxing and informative. I would highly recommend, I will be back to try more treatments, thank you Step and Stone.

I've been to Step and Stone a few times for Sports Massage treatments from Kim and now a physio appointment with Imke. Both were very good and took great care in carrying out treatment and listened to what I had to say and explained what was happening (which was definitely important with the dry needling in the physio appointment as I'd never had that before).I haven't had to visit for podiatry as yet, but have visited Amy for this in the past in her old clinic and would have no hesitation in visiting her again for this should the need arise.A friendly bunch of staff in a modern and nicely set out clinic with lots of free parking.Would definitely recommend.
