I have been having sports massage therapy with Louise for nearly a year now. She is very thorough and regular massage has helped my running and general exercise enormously. My once creaky body is able to tolerate much higher levels of exercise now.Thanks Louise

I've had a number of sports massages from Louise as the legs, in particular, have suffered from some slightly over zealous cycling and running! Extremely knowledgeable, she has enabled me to get back up and running/cycling in double quick time. These massages are now a key part of my training regime. She is highly recommended.

I have been visiting Louise for a year to have sports massages. My muscles were very tight and full of knots. She has worked on different body parts monthly and over time she has stopped my aches and pains and made me feel energised and supple, which enables me to train better at the gym.She is extremely knowledgeable about the human anatomy and can instantly pin point problems within the body. She is also trained in reflexology and acupuncture which enhances her therapy.She is very professional and the steps she has taken during the covid crisis are excellent and I feel very safe.She's also a lovely person and very amiable.I can't recommend her enough, you will feel like a new person after her massage.

I visited Louise today for my first experience of facial reflexology and it was fantastic! Louise is extremely knowledgable and took the time to fully understand what I wanted to achieve from the treatment. She identified particular areas of need to focus on, and also provided me with exercises to further help these areas at home.I'd recommend Louise highly!

I have visited Louise for both reflexology and sports massage over a number of years. She is very professional, knowledgeable and gives good advice as well as treatment. Her treatment space is comfortable and relaxing. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

I used to consistently get migraines during and after exams that would last for days. I started seeing Louise 2 days before my exams for facial reflexology and for the last 4 exams (the only one's I've had a treatment before), I haven't even had a headache!
