1. The cleaning was absolutely awful.2. The lady that cake to my house, took a break and without asking had a cigarette in my garden - I’m 8 months pregnant with a toddler and the fumes wafted in.3. She was slow.4. She left all the rubbish she took out of the bins on my doorstep in the soaking rain.5. I sent a complaint and am still yet to hear anything back.
