I looked far and wide for someone that has the skill, experience and expertise to support me get back to exercising after my twin pregnancy. I am incredibly thankful for finding Kate and her team. If you are a new mother and you want to feel strong and fit (again) all you need to do is give Kate a ring, show up and trust the process, you are in good hands.

Kate and her team are a fantastic resource for mums in Sheffield! I highly recommend the pregnancy fitness classes. I've learnt loads about pregnancy and birth, and it's helped me gain more confidence in my body. I'm looking forward to joining the postnatal group with some of my new mum friends, too!

I came back to Kate Campbell fitness during my second pregnancy after such a great experience the first time round (despite COVID interruptions). The ante-natal classes helped me build up strength and skills for birth which Late is so passionate about, which led to a very positive birth experience. I then went on to PT sessions and group post natal. Kate with help from Shannon and Jenny provided extensive information and support and help to gently repair and gain strength post birth. It has been so nice to be able to take my baby along with me and everyone at the gym is so welcoming and encouraging. It has also been nice to be part of the community make strong friendships with fellow Mums. Thank you!

I've been going to Kate's pregnancy fitness and birthing skills class and I can't praise Kate and her team enough. I feel so much more confident with exercising whilst pregnant and more knowledgeable from the discussions with Kate and also with other Mum-to-be's! I'll be going for as long as I can and then I will definitely be going to post-natal things as well! Highly recommended to anyone - pregnant or not!Edit: just wanted to add that I've now also completed the post-natal course and have really enjoyed finding time to strengthen my body again through appropriate exercises. Kate and Shannon are extremely knowledgeable and I felt in great hands, supporting me physically and mentally with my post partum body. Will be singing up for some postnatal PT to continue the work!

Kate and the team are absolutely fantastic and the gym itself is great. I did the antenatal and skills for birth sessions from 13 weeks until 40 weeks. I felt fit and confident going into labour and motherhood having learned so much from Kate. I can’t wait to join the postnatal classes!I can’t recommend Kate and the team enough!

If you’re in need of any kind of pregnancy or postnatal support don’t hesitate to contact Kate and her team! I did 1-2-1 PT in pregnancy and postnatally as well as classes. Everything was designed to be personalised to you and your fitness levels and to your body and helps you build your knowledge and your confidence. The instructors even hold and comfort your baby so you can squat/lunge without excuses and it was lovely meeting other mums who have a similar mindset and goals. The gym really isn’t intimidating and you can bring your baby too.

I've been to Kate's for both the antenal skills for birth classes and the post natal course. I can't recommend either of them enough and can honestly say that my pregnancy and labour journey wouldn't have been so smooth without Kate and her team. As a first time Mum with very little baby experience, the antenatal skills for birth classes were a great mixture of fitness, pregnancy/labour information and social support. It's also been great to catch up with some of the mums in the post natal course, as well as getting to meet some new faces, and we've formed such a great network with regular social meet ups. Kate's gym is so much more than a gym and I can't recommend her and her team enough x

Been to quite a few gyms and Kate Campbell Fitness is by far the best, it puts the others to shame really. It's such a welcoming environment with staff being super friendly and helpful, I could ask questions on how to do certain exercises and they would talk me through it! The classes are also motivating and fun. As the gym has been such a great environment, it's really helped me to fall in love with my fitness again.

I came to Kate Campbell initially for the postnatal fitness course and then moved onto the Focus and Shred programme. It was a fantastic way to get back into fitness after having my children and I felt such a transformation in my body and mindset, being supported by Kate and her wonderful team. They’re so knowledgable about both fitness and nutrition as well as really understanding my goals, challenges and balancing family life.I’ve now been a member for over 2 years and have been attending weekly personal training sessions with Dom and Kate, as I’ve been working on my overall health, fitness and strength. I can’t believe how heavy some of the weights I can lift now are, and the fact I’ve been able to do this and stay motivated is down to the super friendly, knowledgable and encouraging team at KCF.
