DO NOT USE! Left my car with them between the 9th and 20th November. You hear horror stories about ‘rogue operators’ so I used this ‘official’ Gatwick service.Upon collecting my car I discovered that the vehicle had been driven 900 miles during that time frame.Complaint made on site and I was directed to speak to the ‘coordinator’ who essentially said I’m lying but that I could speak to the Duty Manager ‘if I had to because he’ll say the same thing’. Complete arrogance and disregard for any customer service despite me showing clear photographic evidence of the issue. I have a time stamped photo of mileage when I left it with them and showed the mileage it was at on collection.Spoke to the Duty Manager who was at least polite but also very unhelpful, saying I had to email or phone customer services but couldn’t provide me with any of the contact information.I have now found the details and complained formally just to receive an email back saying it can take 14 days for them to reply.Shambolic service and awful customer experience from ‘official’ airport parking. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Left my car with official valet parking including car wash.They have slashed my car tyre with suspension issue and says it’s wear and tear.Quite sure dropped my car in big pothole or something.Will never use their service.Worst experience

Another lesson not to read reviews before buying!!! I LEFT tesla with Gatwick’s official valet parking. In the evening three days later I drove home without inspecting the vehicle as my fly was late and end up picking up the car at 2am. The next morning I saw a large scraped on my driver front alloy and damage tyre. The worst thing is I just got this 21” wheels and tyres for over £4k two weeks before dropping my car to the air port.I contacted Gatwick, but as I hadn’t queried the damage at the time, it wasn’t interested. The excuse was that there is a bad lighting and they can not see nothing on cameras. So guys please make sure you take a video of you car before handling your car key to airport staff and check your car before collection.

Last two times I have dropped off I ave got through the first barriers fine and then been told I did not have a reservation with them. Apparently they changed their reservation system in April and lost all the reservations. It got sorted in the end but the way they dealt with it was to tell me I did not have a reservation. Then when I got back, I gave my name and was told I could not have my car as my name was not Mr Norman. I agree my name is not Mr Norman, but for some reason the check in process has got me confused with a Mr Norman. The staff in the reception could not look more bored and resigned to annoyed customers if the tried. No apology. Very unimpressive

We were delayed by 31 hours but the car was waiting for us. Had to pay £20 for the extra day. Found it difficult to contact them to let them know about the delay.

Came back to a massively cracked and peeling dashboard.Car must have been left somewhere with sun focused/reflecting onto it on it or close to a large vent/source of heat.Car was also full of swirl marks and I could see a tiny amount of water on the tailgate but the rest was dry.. so they had wiped it down with dirty cloths.If you care about your car don't leave it with Gatwick Valet service.*Update: Gatwick sorted out a replacement dashboard so I'm happy to say they listen to their customers'concerns and were very reasonable, ensuring a fair outcome to what was a mistake on their part.
