Absolutely amazing service from the team at Halfords Kings Lynn on the 5th August 2023 at 10.15am. Fantastic lady help me purchase a Joie 360 car chair and a guy signed me up for the motoring club to save me £5.They even let me use the gazebo to install the car chair and get rid of the box.I cannot thank the team enough, brilliant customer service and the reason why people should buy face-to-face, not online!

Returned cycle headlight that had broken within one year of purchase. Halfords replaced it for a new one with no hassle.Fantastic service

Although the lad who fitted the bulbs was very friendly. He didn’t have a clue what he was doing. He asked a colleague, who came out and very rudely told him what to do, but wasn’t correct. He then had to google it, to watch a video ?Advertised as professionally fitted, I think not

Came in about a month ago to get a rear bulb replaced on my mini, my car tells me when the bulb is gone so I knew it needed doing.The black haired young lady who served me came to fit the bulb. Turns out she actually dropped both replacements bulbs in the packet inside my car light casing. Put the old bulb back in and claimed it was done.I turned on my car to see the warning that the bulb is out still there and told her it isn’t done. She asked me to press the breaks, lied and said they’re working fine so must be a fuze instead.Naturally I asked if they replace fuzes which she rolled her eyes and said yes but would need my cars manual. I passed it to her, she rolled her eyes again and flicked through aimlessly before telling me to go to BMW.At this time I didn’t realise that she had dropped the bulbs so as she began to walk off I asked about my money, since she hadn’t fixed what I came in for and I believed she kept the bulbs. She tried to only refund the fitting which I pushed against saying she can either refund it all or give me the bulbs she hasn’t used and do the fitting. She refunded it all clearly being unable to return the bulbs.I decided since I had been told they’re working that I wouldn’t bother with BMW, not wanting to spend an arm and a leg on something which at the time didn’t seem important as she told me the bulb was working fine.And now a month later (still with my car telling me the light is faulty and me assuming it isn’t…) I go to do a few checks before a trip next week and see the two bulbs this girl had dropped. Suddenly it all makes sense. I take out my light, retrieve the bulbs and replace the dead one.Be very careful having these people do anything to your car. Sadly I do not remember the name of the girl who caused these issues, but if a younger girl with black hair, tattoos and a face like a slapped pigs behind is the one ‘fixing’ something on your car then turn the service down and ask for someone else.

Clear and great communication , obviously held in high regard and the ´go to guy´ for his fellow workers. Kyle fitted the dashcam expertly and without fuss before my drive to Spain.....first class service all round. So refreshing to receive the very highest standard of customer care and service. Also a shout out for Daniel, equally impressive. Halfords should clone both of these guys ! Thanks all.

Picked up a new car battery this morning,had to return it this afternoon due to it being discharged and needing to be charged! 30 mile round trip and told by the manager not to take any notice of the customer service team because they are in South Africa. Appalling attitude

When coming into my local Halfords I was told the cost of the item I wanted to purchase for my sons birthday had gone up in price ( In store) a lovely customer assistant told me if I purchase online it would be discounted and within my £85 budget she helped with this as I was having some difficulty getting onto to website, as it kept crashing. She persisted and finally I got what I came for. Without her help I was going to look on Amazon for a cheaper alternative. So thank you Halfords of kings lynn. Thanks for allowing me to express my opinion xx

Went to get my headlights changed on my civic mk9. Initially got told they couldn't do it due to having to remove too much to get to the headlights. However urvines (i believe his name is) came out and done it within 30 minutes (bearing in mind it's not a normal change of lightbulbs - it's very tight). So thank you so much for doing it and preventing me from having to go to a garage which isn't always easy to do on the same day.

Oh dear, it’s been traumatic and will now be attending again or recommend your services. I have never experienced such poor customer services. Over a month to have my bike fixed, emails to say the bike was ready which on two occasions was not the case after travelling there and when I did attend no hello from the staff and no acknowledgment I was a customer. All looked miserable gone there
