Highly recommended! Easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and great customer service. I was looking at upgrading my braking system and the staff walked me through multiple options, i booked the bike in that day (late afternoon) and picked it back up the very next day.Thanks guys, no doubt I shall be seeing thee again at some point.

Bought a great kids bike but not good customer service by the owner/manager. I think calling a customer a ‘weirdo’ even if it’s said whilst laughing cannot be seen as banter but rather passive aggressiveness. Will shop elsewhere next time.

Work on the bike is good but I was told it was going to be £10- £15 for just the brake cable which was fine ( I even double checked the price with them and they said no more than that). I never got a call to tell me they were going to other things that needed fixing on my bike without asking me, I came to pick it up thinking it would only be £15 at most because that’s all I asked for, ending up being £46, I wasn’t happy about that so they did give me a slight reduction but it was still double what I wanted to pay when I didn’t ask for them things to be done and the bike was checked before hand so they could have told me.

We luckily chanced upon this cycle shop on day 7 of our LEJOG. My 13 and 16 year old daughters were at a low ebb in the drizzle. The guys were friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We even got a cup of tea! I wish we had a bike shop like this down here in Berkshire. Thank you guys :)

Great shop very helpful and knowledgeable staff who don't try and rip you off ask you your budget and don't make you go over it. Highly recommend.
