Where to start… TERRIBLE ATTITUDE FROM THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE - Lucky to get a 1 star review with how she spoke to my friend. Lots of missing items from our order, and apparently it’s our fault because they “called” our phone number… surprise surprise, no missed calls. NO WAY would I order from here again, which is a shame because the bit of food that did turn up was nice. I ended up paying £18 for 6 cold strips of chicken, 4 cold macaroni cheese bites and 3 tubs of sauce. SO POOR.

I told them i dont want spicy and guess what? It was spicy. I have been asked what souce i want but i havent been given I asked after for it and I have been told I must pay extra for it

Came into store today and Sam served us her Customer service was exceptional and the shop was clean and tidy. On top of this Service was quick. And food was fresh !! Will defo be back!!!

Had burgers here twice, both were pretty good. We had delivery so haven't had a chance to eat in yet. The burgers were good both times, the second time however some of the order was incorrect. And we had two sauces which looked exactly the same so would be nice if they were labeled as we couldn't tell what was what (had a hannibal sauce and yopie sauce). Will eat here again and it's priced pretty well and the food is good.Edit: the last 3-4 times we've ordered burgers they have been somewhere between cool-room temp, and the price has gone up substantially from what it was

I rally like this place the food is always very fresh and the spicy foods are actually spicy, some of the meals come with a little brownie which is amazing, the drink options are not the standard they are fruity and refreshing, my partner always has grape but I like the mango. Chicken burgers are awesome and the portions are good, very nice chips and chicken tenders are exactly that. I find that the advertising for this place holds up in delivery. I haven't been disappointed yet.

Good location for stoke, very close to the mall. Food is just right, the meal deal is the steal. The chicken burgers are okay, cheesy ones are better(friends speaking). They don’t do regular bottled drinks and have their own set of drinks to choose from.For the price they charge it’s a pretty good deal, but if you are looking for extremely good and delicious burgers- keep looking.

Worst service ever. I gave them another go after having a terrible experience a few months ago. Staff are incredibly rude and don't listen to a word you say.I ordered a plain fish burger again. First time they gave a chicken burger (I am a vegetarian) then argued with my husband saying that is what he ordered and he would have to pay which was not the case so we refused. Then they did not give the burger plain and gave fish fingers in the burger which again don't think is what I have had in the past but could not be bothered to argue anymore. No apology just pure rudeness.Previously I ordered a plain fish burger. Two attempts later they finally give me the right order. When I said they had given me the wrong order the manager started shouting at the people cooking. I was with my 3 year old son and they refused us access to their toilets as they were previously getting trouble. I don't see how a place serving food and drinks can not allow people access to a toilet.
