Phil arrived bang on the time he said he would, polite, very neat and tidy (shoes off at the door, sheets put down before he did any work) gave really honest advice on upgrade options (when he could have just let me spend couple of hundred pounds on things I didn't need). Was very knowledgeable when I asked about options for adding additional areas on to the alarm system as well. Its great to find a local company you can rely on. Price was very reasonable for an skilled tradesman with 25+ years not some dodgy subcontractor on minimum wage. Will definitely have him back for any alarm and annual servicing requirements in the future, and would recommend him to anyone in the area

Whilst getting new floor tiles in the hallway the alarm wires were cut. I called Phil who turned up earlier than appointed time and made the repair very quickly and efficiently.
