Our aim is to work with you towards what ever goal you choose. E.g. pain relief, relaxation, stress management. We offer a holistic approach to health to allow us to focus the whole person- mind, body and spirit. We don't just do massage, we sell a range of bathtime treats like handmade soaps, bathbombs and even something that the little ones will enjoy; Aromadoh!

This was around my 6th or 7th visit. Following a nasty fall over 4 weeks ago, I went in with nagging shoulder pain and an inability to raise my arm fully above my head. Twelve hours later, I’m sat here with zero pain and no mobility issues whatsoever. Thank you so much, Kristina. You are a miracle worker!

Fantastic massage today with Johnny. I took a punt and booked here based on a google search and reviews. I am only in Belfast a few weeks a year, but I wish I had found him ages ago!! Could see exactly where my problem areas were, very firm pressure and for the first in ages my shoulders are not in my ears and I can see my neck again. I will be back! Thank you!

Just had an amazing treatment today with Thomas! Highly recommend him- he is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure to educates you on every muscle and area he works on. Within the first few moments before even working on me he was able to pinpoint exactly where was sore on me. He makes sure to provide a very comfortable and person centred treatment. Extremely kind and thorough in his week. Highly recommend! Will most definitely book again!

He makes such an effort to understand what matters to you and will tailor the session to suit. Delighted to have discovered him. I came here 6 weeks after giving birth as my back and shoulders were in absolute bits. Long story short, Janine has magic hands. Back and shoulders felt so much better, I left feeling like a new woman! Honestly, best money I've spent in a long time.
