Best service and staff very friendly and helpful first time iam using asa customer

Lovely customer service, I walked in with the intent to close my accounts and change providers but Fiona Tee Boon was so lovely, which is rare to get from a bank now a days, I decided to stay! Customer service is brilliant! Santander need to take a few lessons from you guys because I actually felt like I was being treated as a human and not just a figure for the amount of money in my account.

I find it shocking that the branch still doesn't open on a saturday i want get my savings book made up and have to come in on a day off. Other building societies are open on a saturday and things are getting back to normal now.
