Same as always, busy. Staff helpful and friendly, didn't have to ask or wait to long for any help and they got the shoes quickly.I'd go back.

I went in a couple of weeks ago and asked if they had a specific size….the woman didn’t even check for me the reply was “it’s just what’s out” as it was on the sale section……however I went in today and what a different story, I took the trainer up and immediately the guy checked for me with the HHT which the other lady didn’t! It came to light he was the new manager, it was a completely different experience and they were so helpful and low and behold he found the size (makes me wonder if they had it there a couple of weeks ago but the other staff couldn’t be bothered looking) the new manager was so polite I heard him acknowledging every single customer that came in and go out of the store, I work in retail myself so I understand that just a simple hello and goodbye makes peoples days! So Thankyou!

rude, argumentative and unenthusiastic staff that do not deserve to be in a job. I only wish I had not continued with the transaction. I entered the shop in a good mood and left feeling totally agitated and angry. I have never had such a bad experience in any other sports direct outlet.

Graham & Ru provided an amazing service, helped me find multiple items that I was needing. They had also helped with alternatives with their knowledge on various products. Will be back here again.

Don't go in this place of you have a dog. You will be evicted !All other sports shops, or eating establishments in my town are happy to let dogs in. I was intending to make a reasonably sized purchase at the time, but was prevented from doing this this so I have now gone elswhere.

I'm not sure if it's the whole franchise or just the skipton store, but the service is shocking. I don't think I've ever been to the store and left happy with the service.Typical experience consists of finding a pair of trainers you like and then waiting for one of the very limited staff members to acknowledge your existence despite trying to attract their attention. Its got to the point now where I will actively avoid going to this store.

No staff, been stood at the checkout for 7 minutes now.
