The staff at Safestore were always wonderful. Very polite and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, companies today just don’t value customer loyalty and those of us who never default on payments are rewarded with even higher rates. I could have got a slightly reduced rate by buying into another fixed term contract but in the end it was cheaper to leave and start again elsewhere. Despite all this, I would have no hesitation recommending Safestore, as my initial deal was fairly priced, the units are well maintained and the staff are friendly and willing to help.

Great storage facility. 24/7 access easy to get to. Loads of trolleys to use, packing materials for sale, forklift available. All the sizes available for storage units you can think off. Decent staff members always ready to help.

Great customer service from the team at Hanworth. Yassin and Matt were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and polite. They were extremely reassuring and took the time to show me different size units to ensure I got the best size for my needs. A comprehensive service which went quite smoothly on moving day. I would definitely recommend.
