Shocking place. Queues of people waiting to use post office with one man serving. OtherMember of staff doing nothing at the kiosk with no queue. Train more staff on post office side.It’s gets worse. They have a noodle stall type place inside which looked and smelled quite nice, asked the man serving what was best to which he he replied katsu curry rather uninterestedly. He seemed more interested in looking at his phone whilst serving me, I asked the price, he replied £9 I said not to worry at which he just looked at me blankly. I told him to get off his phone while working to which his colleague replied “he’s sorting the till out” I just walked away thinking to myself since when did it become okay to be on your phone whilst serving a customer regardless of whether you are fixing the till. Put your phone down son and then return to what you are doing once finished serving. Co op, Get these idiots out of the shop and train your staff to be able to step in to other areas when called upon. Signs of poor management.

I’ve had this food twice now each time it has been so fresh and made to perfection. This time. I tried katsu Curry The rice is literally perfectly sticky just enough bite and honestly the taste is incredibleBarry is such a friendly person, and the food stays hot for ages. The guy is a master chef.

Very slow service, they never have enough staff for the tills and post office. Expect to wait about 10+ minutes to post a letter.Alternatively try Tescos & Iceland which are down the road.

No security guard that makes you feel like a thief. Very big choice of good fresh food. Delicious Noodle King (katsu curry is the best). Freindly and nice staff.

Small supermarket with a huge selection. Coffee machines, fresh bakery at the back and lots of produce. They also have a weigh your own station with various dry foodstuffs.

There are 3 mini markets in Kingston Bagpuize. This is the posh one. The customer service is always second-to-non and they have an excellent range of foods including an extensive vegan and gluten-free area. They also stock gluten-free frozen and fresh pizza when you can get your hands on it! They have a large freezer section for handmade frozen meals at the back. The wine selection is very extensive. They always stock fresh flowers.

Quality products at fair price. Well stocked and look clean. The butter croissant here is delicious! The staffs were friendly and happy to help. Good experience with this store.

Usually not too crowded. Good range of products. High ceiling makes it feel more Covid safe. Usually has offers on something especially for members. Useful 10o/o discount for OAPs and students on Tuesday's. The Noodle Bar has very good food.

Incredibly rude and dismissive staff. Every experience I’ve had there has been terrible. The staff act as if they hate their jobs, I don’t think I’ve ever seen one smile. It’s a shame because the store is lovely and has everything you need and I am an avid co op lover. I will be avoiding this one, it’s a shame because it is my closest post office, my colleagues and neighbours have had the same experience. I work in a retail environment and think this store could do with some real customer service training. The rudeness has been consistent from kiosk to post office (very slow by the way) to the man at the noodle stand (who definitely hates his job) Absolutely no basic service skills from anyone I have encountered there, the post office man with black glasses loves to make a snarky comment. I’m a patient person but ‘sorry for the wait’ or ‘thanks for waiting’ is just common courtesy in this industry. Service with a smile also wouldn’t go a miss.

Very new store. Liked the idea of buying spices and nuts by the bag. So you could mix what you want. Only problem was some of the supply tanks were empty or running very low. Needs to be managed better especially for a Saturday. Well sited store though.
