Tour Issue Golf ltd

Be very careful dealing with Tour Issue Golf. I booked a “tour experience” custom fit in early June 2023 with the owner Steven, he didn’t show for my appointment and was not contactable on the day. He eventually got in touch and offered to rearrange my appointment, but then failed to show for a second time and offered no explanation. It has now been nearly two weeks since the second appointment was missed, I am still yet to be refunded my money (£199) - or receive as much as an apology - despite my patience in trying to contact Steven several times by both phone and email since. Awful experience and would not recommend

The facilities, atmosphere and most of all expert knowledge you get from Tour Issue Golf and Ste is second to none. I have done nothing but tell all my golf buddies about the place and Ste's ability to improve anyone's game pretty much instantly. Anyone into golf should definitely get themselves there.

Visited Steve today. Best golf experience I’ve had. Not your typical tweak a couple of things and check your grip like a usual golf club pro. The detail Steve went into was unrivalled. Testing various shafts, different club heads, lies and degrees etc until it worked with my swing. Worth every single penny. The whole set up in the tour issue golf suite is smart and professional. There’s no wonder so many golfers have recommended Steve. Even my local golf club pro recommended Steve over himself for a fitting.

Tour issue is really the perfect one stop shop for all your golfing needs, the fitting from Steve is second to none and he will explore every possible avenue to make sure your swinging the right clubs, going into the finer details like swing weights which you won’t find at many other places. The full fitting process was enjoyable, whilst also gaining a lot of insight into my game, and swing. Which after a few tips from Steve improved. Steve also isn’t trying to sell anything, instead he adjusted my current clubs to be more suitable with just a shaft change saving hundreds of pounds.On my gapping session after my clubs had been adjusted my swing was all over, in stepped Alex, to help me find my swing and give me some excellent advice to improve my game. Alex teaching style is easy to understand and he managed to make changes very quickly to get me striking the ball better, which I have continued to do.I will 100% be back when I’m ready for new/adjusted clubs. I will also be back for a full lesson with Alex next time I am in the area.I can’t speak highly enough of the place. If you’re a golfer, get booked in. Value for money and you will walk out a better golfer.

What a place!! Spent 4 hours with Steve looking at all aspects of my bag, the time just flew by. I learnt so much about my game, and was able to hit so many different options; we did plenty of experimenting with different set ups to find an optimal set, all clubs were swing weighted before I hit any of them to ensure we had the right data - so impressed with the approach, but also the facility itself which is full of all sorts of treasures. Steve has all of the patience needed and I felt able to ask any questions relating to my equipment - he was also able to pass on some of his experience to improve ball striking and distance so that is also not to be sniffed at.In short, time well spent, I already have plans to go back.

Steve is one of the best fitters I’ve seen and I trust him to build my equipment. No reason to see anyone else. If you’re a tour player for a keen amateur you should go and see for your self.

Had lessons here and club fitting. Had both before over the years elsewhere and tour issue golf provided THE best service and the results showed in my game. If you want to improve get in touch with Steve. His knowledge and enthusiasm to improve your game are second to none. All this provided with a fun and relaxed atmosphere.It’s 5 stars from me. No question.

Bought my partner the TIG experience package as a gift and he has not stopped singing his praises since he got home. Highly recommend. That’s birthday and Xmas sorted for the forseable.
