Used DP for end of tenancy clean. All was good! Would recommened to anyone!

I don’t think I can say just how bad this cleaning service was. We paid for the maxi clean and I can honestly say that the mess they have created is unbelievable.- they didn’t vacuum properly, there’s dirt everywhere-they didn’t even mop the floors- they were supposed to clean inside the kitchen cabinets, they didn’t even manage to clean the countertops properly- they didn’t even take out the rubbish- they took all my dirty towels from the laundry basket, folded them up, and then put them with my clean towels. Now I’ve no idea which are dirty and have to wash all of them, thank you so much.- not a single skirting board was cleaned- they can’t even make a bed. The old mattress cover wasn’t removed, they just put a clean one over the top of it….now I just have two dirty mattress covers!- they thought it was acceptable to put single size duvets in queen size duvet covers, even though the queen size duvet was already on the bed- they were asked to sweep out the mud room which is still filthy and clearly wasn’t touched.- they disorganised my entire house while cleaning. Items have been slung to the sides of cupboards, dishes that were drying have all been rammed into one drawer. My bathroom cupboard was neatly organised and as you can see, they left everything in one big pile- dishes that were neatly organised have been moved for no reason as neither the shelves nor the dishes were cleaned. Why disorganise my house for no reason?I paid nearly £300 for 4 people to slightly clean my oven, clean 2 toilets and push dust around house. Please look at the pictures and tell me if you think this house has been professionally cleaned?Do not even think about hiring these people. I hired them because at this stage we didn’t have time to do all this cleaning after the previous tenants left it in such a state. Now, I either have to do it anyway or pay a proper service to come and fix their mess.They won’t return any of my calls or reply to my emails. The phone line always went to voicemail despite me trying to reach them for 4 hours. They specifically say they are open till 5, yet apparently the stop answering the phone long before that.I have been robbed of my money and my time by what appears to be thieves who have started a cleaning company.To the owner, do you even have the integrity to try and fix this? Are you happy with the work these cleaners are doing in your name?

Fantastic job, excellent staff. They were prompt, polite and did everything that was asked. I will definitely be using this service again

The Oxford branch of Daily Poppins are over priced, with a poor service, poor attention to detail, poor attitude, lack of communication and dishonest. I write this review to ensure people have an honest account upon which they can rely if considering their services.

Fantastic service, really appreciate the flexibility

Very disappointed by the attention to detail! After reading positive online, I decided to book a clean. Cannot begin to say how disappointed I was by the attention to detail.The team who arrived at my house, finished ahead of schedule, however, as I was working, I was not able to check the standard of work. Once I had time I had a look and was disappointed to see that the toaster and the blender had not been moved off the kitchen counter, nor had a kitchen counter been wiped properly cleaned properly. The extractor fan was wiped on the top but not bottom.The cabinet in the living room had marks which had not been wiped. Top of the stairs was hoovered. However, anything that was there that needed to be removed was not moved for hoovering.As soon as a team left, I received a text message to say payment was due which I happily paid as I believed I had the service I had requested. However, once I had finished work and seen the work carried out. I was disappointed to say the least; I called and shared my disappointment and was told I would get a call back the following day after the team had been spoken to.The person I spoke to asked if I had asked the team to leave early, I replied I had not and was working upstairs.Upon receiving a phone call back today, I was told the team had reported that I had asked him to leave early. I challenged this and said this is not true as they had knocked on the door to say they’d finished- I was working. The person I spoke to did not take kindly to this, I was asked what did I expect to happen or want to happen? I had said that I don’t know how they would calculate the cost for the work that was not done so that I’d leave that to them to calculate. I also my disappointment that their team were not being honest. I will not be using Daily Poppins services again and do not feel I can recommend them.Again after receiving your reply- this highlights the dishonesty. I have already explained I did not tell the girls that they have less time. I haven’t been provided with a breakdown of what’s involved and quite frankly that’s not something I need now as I won’t be using your services again. I also have said I did not walk round and check the house after they have finished as I was in a work meeting. I did sign to say that they were leaving and the time that they were leaving. I did not say that I have checked the house.At no point have I asked you to refund my. And that is not something I am asking for.

Great cleaning service. Punctual and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Very pleased and the online booking was very simple. The 3 cleaners worked so hard and were very polite - absolutely delighted with how clean the house was. Would recommend.
