Our contact Sheila made the whole mortgage process stress free for us. Shelia was on hand to answer any questions we had, she chased through the mortgage offer for us and we did not have to worry about any stage of the mortgage process. With regards to completion Sheila was always providing us updates from the solicitors and made sure all queries were handled in a quick time frame. Can’t recommend the team at JWS enough. We dealt with Nicola primarily, as our mortgage advisor, she was a absolute dream. Efficient, honest and as hard working as we could of wanted. As first time buyers she talked us through everything we needed to do, what the process looked like and made sure we did everything we could to sort out our mortgage quickly. Shelia organised the changeover of my mortgage. Unfortunately the mortgage supplier reneged on an over payment agreement. Shelia took action by holding them to account to allow the over payment to be made.
