A huge station with lots of places to eat and drink.We visited the assisted travel lounge for those with disabilities or vulnerable.Very polite staffSeating, to waitWater machine, although it was empty.Accessible toiletAssistance to train, but they were very short staffed Sunday.In the RED area

Used this place a couple of times over the past few weeks and if I’m honest it’s not the most straight forward experience to have! The terminals and lay out are quite confusing and the surrounding staff are either not to bothered about helping or just not in the know about what’s going on! Although the location of the station in Birmingham is convenient to get to the whole experience is quite stressful and busy
