Got everything I required for evening in. The Bridge Hotel turned us away. Pet dog in cage is not allowed. Promise refund did not arrive.

Very disappointed took over twenty minutes at the till only two in use . On3 till clogged with food purchased and left in crates ready to be despatched. Till person had to call for assistance and took over ten minutes to remove previous purchases which included frozen and fresh items in carrier bags left in crates near shop window then cashier proceeded to chat about being missed . Ambient temps ? Am sorry have never been here before and would visit for home delivery . Sorry someone needs to address I don't know how long other food had been left after being crated.

A certain member of female staff. As soon as I walked in she followed me around the store treating me like a shop lifter. When I challenged her she quickly denied it but it was very obvious that she was. Never been done by police for shop lifting so I shouldn't be treated like one by the members of staff. Made me very uncomfortable .
