Had my Roland Juno stage repaired by them. Fantastic service. Arrived when they said. And returned the keyboard exactly when they said despite bad weather at the time. The price for the repair was very good. I won't hesitate to contact them if I needed any other repair or servicing. I certainly would recommend them to anyone needing a repair. Good job. Well done. I've used this service twice now for repairs to my 15+ year old Yamaha Clavinova piano. Knowledgeable and excellent repairs, much better than the service my local music shop recommended, who put glue all over the insides of the piano! Yesterday's visit fixed the action where some keys were playing much louder than others. Pleased to say my piano is now a delight to play again.

We have a Clavinova that saw little use for 15yr and then was suddenly used a lot, resulting in some key sticking/breakages. We live in the remote Falkland Islands and each time we ordered keys we had to send them to someone flying back as ordinary mail can take months. Alan always ensured that the order reached the people before they left - excellent service

The Best !Since I couldn't find a repairer for Roland in Edinburgh I was given Alan's number - I have never looked back.I use my equipment every day in recording , theatres and tv.Alan has fixed keyboards, drum machines and accordions on the day.He has even even delivered the instruments to my door .He also has a constant back up of all manuals on his computerA perfect repairer and perfect gentleman

Had ordered some part from brokenchords for repairing my clavinova 545 piano. Just recieved the parts and everything is perfectly in order. Have to say that Alan is a very professional guy, knows what he's talking about and delivered original parts. Next time I need parts for my piano, he will be the first one I contact. Would definitely recommend broken chords and Alan as the owner of this company.

I had a Yamaha Clavinova keyboard that had stopped working. Allan came out and fixed it. He was extremely professional from start to finish and communicated well and in a timely fashion. I'd highly recommend him and Broken Chords if you have a musical instrument needing repaired and want the job done properly. I now have two children that are so happy to have it working again.
