First visit for my little princess, Lola. It certainly won’t be the last. It’s probably the best cut she has ever had. Just what we wanted. The girls were lovely and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Originally got recommended by a friend to this place. Had good expectation but was disappointed with the service and lack of detail. We asked for a full groom, which they did nicely on the body, however later we discovered the paw pads aren’t trimmed. Also the dog doesn’t smell of shampoo or a nice scent.The shocking event that happened was when I was called to pick up my dog, they threatened to charge me extra for each 15min delay. This had never happened before with other groomers. The store was no way near closing time, so had no idea why the rush?

They are rude and not very friendly. Never again shampooed my wee dog and allowed water to go in his ear, he now has a ear infection. Never again.

2nd time using this place. Completely shaved our dog when it really wasn’t needed, twice. Even the tail which wasn’t matted.Rude on the phone to us.Avoid this place !

Our first time visiting glamour Pooch, we have a cocker spaniel and a chihuahua and I’ve got to say I’m extremely happy with both of our dogs cuts. Jo and her team are fantastic and you’ll be seeing us regularly

Booked in to have my cocker spaniel groomed and they simply shaved it all over. Poor dog looked bizarre and was cold.
