I’ve attended in person 1:1, small group and done Zoom Pilates with Elaine for several years now. Her sessions are always challenging but I love how she gives several versions of the same exercise which suits all levels. She keeps a really close eye on your form, even over Zoom, and makes small corrections if needed which make all the difference in the effectiveness of the exercise.When I tore the meniscus in my knee and needed surgery it was wonderful to be able to also work with Elaine in her capacity as a Physio too to help me recover strength and movement. The most important thing for me is that I feel safe in Elaine’s sessions, I have confidence I won’t hurt myself and trust her to know my body.
