Ghulam’s up the road is better!

Unnecessarily overpriced!Have many complaints about this place but let me start off by saying all 3 reviews currently on this page are from the owner and his kids, one of them is named ZainAtleast try and get positive reviews from customers rather than trying to fake your rating!Last purchase I made from them was months ago, Mum sent me to get Chaat Masala, me not knowing how much these cost obviously did affect how this lady ripped me off but anyways, I go to the counter and am charged £2.03, exactly the amount I remember her telling me, I pay and go home only for my Mum to go mad and say how much I’ve spent on one box of a masalaShe told me they cost maximum 85p so she took the box and went straight back and returned it to herThis place was previously the Corner Shop and they changed places and name, also a numerous of times she would give the incorrect change, obviously coming from a rather uneducated place in Pakistan, she doesn’t know what she’s doing and still doesn’t!We’ve been going to Ghulam’s which is up the road from there for years, never have they over charged someone or ripped em off, my Mum went straight there and bought the masala for 85p.The people there are nice tooYeah this place needs serious staff improvement and need to check their prices because I don’t know who they think they are charging more than National supermarkets in this country like Asda’s, Tesco’s!There is a difference between making a profit and scamming someone, learn the difference “Al Tariq”Thanks for reading my lenghty review as always
