I had an exceptional dining experience today, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Jordan and Michelle. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanour made the meal truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for not only its delicious food but also for the exceptional service provided by the team. Each dish was delicious along with the presentation, which was also impeccable, elevating the overall dining atmosphere. A memorable dining experience!

Called in for some food was quite busy but service was still good. Food was nice but a bit over cooked on my mixed grill as I asked for medium but it was well done . Everyone enjoyed it been before and will go again.

Came to Meadowhall for some late night shopping and decided to come to TGI Friday’s Oasis Food Court. We had to wait a little while as it was the run up to Christmas but it was only about ten minutes. Our waiter was called Sean and he was very friendly and attentive. He couldn’t do enough for us. I recommend checking the other menus they have available as from the main menu itself it’s very expensive. We went for the downtown/uptown menu. Downtown is £13.99 for two courses and uptown is £18.99 and they both have decent dishes on each. Would come back again definitely.

Delicious meal as always at TGI Fridays, Meadowhall.If you haven’t had TGI’s loaded fries, you haven’t lived. The burgers are always delicious no matter what TGI’s you go to, and there’s lots of meals to choose from on the menu. The cocktail menu’s pleasing too.Staff were very polite and friendly. They also sang their happy birthday song to a family member including a slice of very tasty cake!The only downside would be that if sitting upstairs, there’s a lack of staff walking about to prompt if you need anything (like payment). Other than that, a great TGI’s!

Staff very friendly and polite, with fast service. Starter of chicken wings were excellent, the burgers in the other hand were nothing special. Bottom bun was soggy and meat didn't taste great.

Visited TGIs as a group for a family meal today as it was midway between both families location wise. The atmosphere was great, music fab and our server was excellent. My only disappointment is how little food you get for such expense. I couldn't believe the prices and feel that they have increased recently which I do understand because the cost of everything has increased but it does feel like this rise has been a little too steep. This changed how we ordered significantly and meant that most of us actually just ordered a side or two rather than paying an average of £20 per meal. I have read similar in other reviews before writing this and others have said they were offered specials menus with deals on. This was not given as an option for us which is disappointing. I would be weary of returning unless there was a deal available as it just felt extortionate to pay £25 for a burger and chips or £20 for some chicken strips and chips. Despite 6 of the 9 of us ordering just starters or sides it came to over £230 for the meal and soft drinks. As said, the service and atmosphere was amazing. I also do accept that I didn't check the menu for prices before we went inside, I would highly advise that people do this before committing to eating here.

Unbelievably bad service and very dirty.My wife and I came here for a celebratory lunch and when asking for a table we were told to wait at the bar whilst they cleaned a table. We waited only a few minutes to be given a table and told, someone will be back to get your order.We’ll after around 25 minutes waiting for someone to actually speak to us let alone take an order, we gave up.To top it off, the table that was supposed to have been cleaned, was absolutely disgusting. It was sticky from food, the cutlery had yesterdays food embedded on it and the menus were so greasy we had to wash our hands just remove the grime.When we finally gave up I requested a manager who came fairly quickly (miraculously) whereby I stated we hadn’t been served including the filth we have experienced. She stated she would look into it and was sorry. That was it.Some service that was.If you’re looking for a nice meal don’t come here, go to one of the others across the way.

The service we received on Saturday afternoon was brilliant. We pre-booked a table with it being Black Friday weekend and the start of the Christmas shopping season. We were originally seated outside but we requested we sit inside as we were worried about the cold. Bridie was so welcoming to us she is very friendly and smiley which was lovely! The food and drink was quick to arrive given that it was very busy in the restaurant!

Came here for my boyfriend's birthday. Was seen to, seated and served promptly by Michelle who was very friendly. Good menu choice and the 2 courses for £18 menu is very good value for money. Food came out quickly and was really tasty. Jack Daniels chicken strips are legendary! Good portions and presentation. Will definitely be going back!
