Luke Knight claims to be a professional floor fitter. However he has completely messed up our herringbone flooring. He was unreliable in not turning up when he said he would, then only came for a couple of hours when he did arrive. He hasn't realised that the flooring came in left and right hand pieces and has mixed these up. He couldn't lay the floor around some pipe work for a kitchen island which has resulted in the floor being out of line. In total he has wasted £702 worth of flooring that I purchased and then did a runner after trusted him to complete the job whilst we were away. This is a company of cowboys, who are completelyout of their depth when fitting flooring. When I tried to complain he has blocked me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Luke was very professional and did an excellent restoration job on our old pine floors. He was also very helpful other DIY jobs around the house. I would highly recommend Luke and his team for any flooring related jobs.
