There aren't words to express a appointment with Shane. It is an amazing experience. I feel totally at ease with Shane, he has a extremely comforting mannerI have had multiple posture, injury and weight issues helped since visiting Shane.I highly recommend him to anyone

After 2 1/2 years of suffering with lower back pain initially brought on by long covid, then increased due to work related stress, I did a lot of research and found Shane. I went yesterday for my first hour long treatment. Shane is friendly and very welcoming. His professional knowledge and ability to explain in layman's terms was great. All this was followed with a wonderful treatment session. Today I feel a little stiff but had greater range ofmobility and movement. Really looking forward to next week.

I had my first shiatsu session with Shane three weeks ago, after picking up a leaflet for an initial consultation and session. I suffer badly from several health issues including Sciatica and all this was discussed fully.I was explained by Shane as to when I would expect to feel specific benefits and, can certainly say I have! My sleeping has definitely improved and, also the constant pain in my legs/thighs! All this just after one session!I would 100% advise anyone experience symptoms of stress, anxiety, muscular/joint pain and many other to give Shiatsu a try!Thanks Shane!

Shane is aways successful with relieving my sciatica which I've previously been to the doctors for and never really been free of the pain. He's passionate about what he does and talks you through each area he's working on and what that will help with. I would highly recommend him!

I am currently healing a back and neck problem and my massages with Shane bring me a great deal of relief and relaxation while I’m recovering, he is absolutely in tune with how my body needs to be manipulated which in turn helps me to relax, he is so very knowledgeable and is a virtuoso in his field . The atmosphere in the treatment room is comforting and I feel very safe in his hands .

After 2 and half years I am finally pain free in my shoulder!I have been at my wits end with the pain. Tried the physio route which made it worse. Tried Chiropractors, Doctors wanted to prescribe strong pain killers, oh and the usual steroid injection, which don't work unless you get in it the right spot. I really didn't want to go down the medicated route as I feel it just masks problems and makes them worse.I came across Shane's page on Instagram. The videos I watched seemed to show exactly what spots my pain was in.So I thought I am willing to try anything to get moving again.I have only had one session with Shane, and I am still pain free after days after. I had the most pain free movement in my shoulder, back and neck for 2 and half years after this one session. I finally feel released. Yes I was sore for a few days after which I was told to be expected. But it was so worth it.The gift of whatever Shane has, along with his knowledge, is inspiring.
