The owner Craig , on being allowed to open , and at an expense .... has installed sensible anti - Covid protocols which are being stringently adhered to after many months , by Staff and customers , I feel comfortable having my hair cut there.

Was pleased to see staff werre wearing masks and adhering to all COVID19 guidelines. Staff were pleasant and professional. This was my first visit and I felt very welcome. Scott did a fantastic job with my hair. Booked my next appointment before leaving. Would highly recommend.

This was my first time at Rona 's shop, and the first time in thirty years I got my Wigs fitted to my head, and just found out I should have been getting four Wigs a year instead of two. Thankyou Rona so much for your help what a difference having Wigs that fit me , I'm looking forward to December to pick my next two, and try and find something for my wedding day, see you then Janet.x

If I could give zero stars I would, my daughter had her hair cut today, was all uneven at the back. Went back and the attitude of the owner was disgusting. Would not recommend that anybody goes here. Terrible customer service and a shocking attitude...
