Got a piece of foam cut for my sofa today. Lovely friendly service and the foam is perfect, done the job nicely. Good value and competitively priced too.My husband will be pleased with the height of the sofa cushions now.

Terrible customer service. The man who worked there was rude, arrogant and disrespectful. I was quite unsure about what size of foam to get and when I had changed my mind and asked him for something else, he threw his hands up in the air like a child and complained that he had “ already got this all out now.” He sighed, shook his head and then put the foam away to grab the other piece of foam I had asked for. As I left his shop I heard him scoff and when I looked back, he was shaking his head and had a smirk on his face. Overall, he was rude, childish and disrespectful and I recommend you to get your foam someplace else.

I had been in twice to see and discuss what I needed for our boy's beds. At both visits to the shop, I found the service and expertise of service absolutely professional. I can not recommend the two gentlemen enough. Thank you for your help and recommendations on what to buy, especially having a matteres cover. Would recommend the extra cost with children involved.

I just have to share this awful dispicable service I received at this so called shop. I had a big order for sponge which I wanted to custom fit. I approached the staff there and was completely uninterested and his first word was not hi but “just give me the measurement”. So as one would, I did and then the shouting began. Firstly “ god knows why you want this”. If he had let me explain he would have know then. Simple customer service. When he said the price, I was quite happy with it. As I was thinking, he just went off on one and started screaming and saying “it’s going to be one of those days”. I don’t know whether it was the way I look but he lashed out very badly. I simply replyed in a soft tone, I will let you be and I will leave you alone. I walked out and he was screaming at the wall now that and all directed at me.In brief: if you don’t get shouted at, and need your daily dose go see this “nice” man, otherwise they are plenty other professional people to help you with your needs. Went to his competitor and that could not do enough for me. £249 pounds well spent.

sorry leaving this so late, the owner ask to leave a review,we needed our red velvet settee base feather covers a new lease of life, so Mike recommended new foam filler,we were going to throw out the Settee, but his work is exceptional and I must say even better than new. He's not cheap but you pay for what you get.

Sofa seats needed refilling with foam. Great service. Very friendly. Super outcome. Would highly recommend.
