Just had our alarm fitted yesterday from initial enquiry to installation was 5 days including home visit to assess our needs to installation. Andy was very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. He explained in depth all aspects of installation and functionality. On the day of installation the operation was so smooth and extremely tidy. Andy spent time setting up system checking thoroughly. Set the phone app up. My wife’s phone needs a software update. This interfered with her app becoming live. We completed the installation on her phone after Andy left. I required assistance from Andy which he obliged straight away with calls and text. Very pleasant experience I would totally recommend Northern Safety and security.

I cant recommend Andy highly enough. An expert in his field backed up by years of experience which show through in the clever and thought-out way he goes about jobs.We had visits from other Security and Electrical firms and all of their approaches required metres and metres of ugly conduiting on the outside of the house plus cables running through the length of the house on the inside. They also all agreed a CCTV box would have to be wall mounted in one of the bedrooms...We also had multiple firms try and dissuade us against our wishes of having an outdoor security light controlled by an indoor switch as this would apparently be a lot of work and messy.Andy scuppered all of their ideas by showing me how that was unnecessary thanks to a bit more effort and work from himself.All the products Andy used on my job came with 3 year guarantees so you can be assured of quality and not just whatever is cheapest at screwfix or amazon.Andy arrived on time both days and each day left zero mess behind.Really cant recommend Northern Safety & Security enough and I'll definitely use them in the future.
