Friendly owners, run the local BoB cycling group. Great fun to be with.Great service, and excellent customer relations. Very satisfied. Alhamdulilah very happy to have made their acquaintance as the BoB cycling runs are so enjoyable and create an excellent environment!They even let me borrow a bike for a couple of weeks whilst I got mind repaired and serviced, and helped to source a new road bike.Definitely recommend the personal service. Of course some items are cheaper online, but they're happy to help decide options to choose and free fitting. Must visit!

I have been going to these guys for years, buying pieces of bike equipment and accessories, always good to support local businesses. For the first time in over ten years I took my bike to them to be serviced and get various bits like the chain and cassette replaced. Went out on the bike for the first time today. It is like having a new bike in that it runs so smoothly and efficiently compared to previous. Apparently the genius in the house is someone called 'Izzy'. So due praise to Izzy. Generally most geniuses are highly strung however I know that working alongside someone as good, patient, knowledgeable, hard working, honest and intelligent as Aziz that Izzy's feet will stay firmly on the ground. I feel fortunate to have such good and talented people so close at hand to look after me and my bike. More people could come here and will. More people would benefit from getting out on their bikes too. Warm regards Mark

Fantastic shop. Got my bike cleaned and serviced and was running better than new. Absolutely fantastic customer service, offered food while waiting etc. Will go again and again. May the brothers be blessed!

Professional service every time from this great and knowledgeable bike shop. My new parts arrived within a day and the pictures show also the cleaning results of the cassette and chain. I got a text update when the bike was ready, which I found very useful.

Great service by Ladypool cycles. Was looking for a new bike to get via bike2work scheme. The guy was knowledgeable, took his time to talk through things whilst not been pushy at all. The order was processed quick and my bike arrived very promptly. Great bike that will hopefully last me for some years. Thank you

Excellent service! very friendly and helpful. Myself and my family have purchased multiple bikes. It was a great process of having a brilliant personal service, helping us to purchase individual bikes for our individual needs.. Sharing knowledge of the bikes and even pointed us in the right direction of bike rides and apps we could use to support our new family hobby of cycling. Now we are a family of avid cyclists. Amazing repair service also, I could not fault them on the overall service they provide. My whole family use Ladypool Cycles. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
