What a knowledgeable guy Kevan is! With his son Hugh they delivered an outstanding service for us this spring; giving great advice at every step of the way (safety diagnostic of old stove, tidy removal, identification of a range of plausible replacement stoves, efficient fitting, and briefing/demo of the new one).
