The service was very quick and efficient. A call out was arrange within 3 days for an inspection and quote and the work was booked in within a couple of weeks.Communication around when the team were going to arrive on the day of the work would have been nice, but other than that it's been a completely positive experience. Would highly recommend.

The whole process was very straight forward. The surveyor inspected our property and we were shown a video of the process. We were pleased that the extraction and fill was completed in one day. The operatives were polite and professional and kept us informed of their progress throughout. They left everything clean and tidy. We would recommend.

We were impressed by the Survey and Quotation processes of EcoHome, however the Installation was carried out by third party installers and I think we should have been made aware of this.The installers performed well and efficiently and were polite and helpful. My only other criticism is that despite a good supply of tea and biscuits (chocolate) there was no attempt made to match our grey cement lines, Bricks having been replaced using bright yellow mortar.

These are probably the equivalent for cavity wall insulation to the cowboys selling UPVC windows when they first arrived.I’ve had an email from this company that states yep all fine, we can do the insulation no problem. No photos from the survey in the cavity or any proper report.I get a second quote (as anyone sensible should do), which low and behold comes with photos and a full report. Full report says not to put in cavity wall insulation until debris from the cavity is cleared, else it will create damp problems inside (makes sense to me). Photos to back up the debris. This company says I either need to remove debris first, or not do job at all.I tell some guy on the phone from Eco Home UK (Peter I think?). He’s been calm and polite up until this point. When I ask him for his photos of the cavity and whether the debris needs to be cleared, he switches and is just straight up rude and sarcastic. Then declines to do the job (I wonder why).Think it says a lot that these guys called me every day to try to book me in, offer discounts etc. the other company gave me the survey and haven’t chased me since. Felt like pressure selling.Anyway. Pay a bit more for someone who knows what their doing not a guy that sits behind a desk and sends out random contractors who clearly aren’t interested in doing the job properly.Avoid!

Loft was insulated and a useful storage platform was added. Efficient and experienced team did a good job with no mess.

Great service from Peter and the contractors. Survey booked quickly. Efficient communication throughout. Peter managed to also secure an earlier slot for us that suit us really well given timing of our renovation. We would use and recommend in the future.

We used Eco-Home UK for a recent project to carry out some pumped cavity wall insulation works. We haven’t used them before and they made an excellent first impression over the phone followed by a company rep coming to the property to survey the job and explain more about how the work was to be carried out. The work was booked in two weeks later and the guys who came were excellent. It was about 4 hours work in total and I was very happy with the work that was carried out. Would definitely use them again and recommend Eco-Home UK to others.

Great service. From the initial enquiry to completion of the works was only about a week in total. Someone was out to provide a quote straight away and they managed to fit the job in really quickly for me. The guys who came to the house for both the quote and to complete the works were great and really respectful. Very happy with the service received from start to finish.

Eco Home UK managed the installation of cavity wall insulation at our detached house. We had originally approached the company (insulation specialists) who would actually carry our the work on Eco Home's behalf, but for reasons of location, Eco Home UK handled the surveying etc.Other companies were unable to quote due to limited cavity size, Eco Home UK explained how they could adjust for our specific circumstance.The price was higher than expected based on the suggested cost of cavity wall insulation, but the work was carried within 2 weeks of our first enquiry, and just in time for the recent cold snap. The folk completing the work were clean and efficient and I trust that they did a good job. We can certainly feel the difference.

Helpful and swift communication combined with a polite, efficient and helpful engineer made adding cavity insulation a smooth and stress-free process.
