Essex Prestige

Lovely experience at EP autos. We was shopping around for a Range Rover sport until we came across a high spec one which was in Essex. When we got there we soon found out they were as enthusiastic with Ranger Rovers as we were. So we test drove two amongst the many they had and settled for the grey one. Will be part exchanging in the next few years when it’s time for an upgrade with Essex Prestige. Also the tea Mikael made was quality. Thank you.

Just purchased a Tesla from Essex Prestige. Great value compared to the rest of the market. Very tidy car and as described on their adverts. They also have a solid trade in value for my px. I would recommend Essex Prestige to any car buying friend.

Just a bunch of delboys, Do not go here, I sold them my car which they knocked the price down for having missing a part of the service history bear in mind. This was not the case, after I sell them my car, a week later, I see the advert for it, and it says full service history, their cars in the Show room or just polished nicely. A week later, you can really see all the marks and wear and tear. All the people, there are very aggressive whenever challenged, do not recommend.

Highly Recommend.Travelled from Glasgow to purchase my Mercedes from this dealership and Nick made the whole experience stress free, simple & straightforward from start to finish. Just got a Audi A3 from here, and the who place was full of friendly helpful people.Got the car home had a SMALL issue with the car and they had no issue taken its back in at my most convenient time and sorted.Would highly recommended as they are brilliant and the car collection is second to none.

Arranged a viewing, travelled 3 hours to the garage to find they weren’t expecting us. Told to wait 30 mins whilst they went to ‘pick the car up’. (Not sure where from) After an hour we were told it was ready only to be presented with a car with shocking bodged body repairs, every panel with marks/dents damaged interior, despite them assuring us it was in ‘very good condition’ and the pictures made it look amazing with flash cars in the background you felt they’d be a trustworthy dealer-how wrong we were!. Went to hand the keys back to the salesman who was thinking I was at this point about to do the paperwork. I told him I was disgusted that they lied about the condition and allowed us to travel 3 hours to them know how far we were coming. I would never recommend or use this so called dealership!

I’m really happy with the service I got at Essex prestige. They have loads of industry knowledge. I initially went there to buy myself a car but ended up getting one for the missus too. Thank you to Mikael for the lovely tea he made us whilst waiting for the finance to go through.
