I booked an appointment for a tenant gas safety check at 11am, specifying that I would be traveling over to the property for the appointment. I received a voicemail at 9am (couldnt take the call as I was in a meeting at work) saying they'd be there in 25 mins, ie before 9:30am. I rushed over, only to have the engineer say he'd forgotten a piece of kit to do the job and that he would be 40 mins to get it and get back to me. If I book an appointment at 11am, I get there may be some flexibility in timings, but not more than 90mins. I can't be waiting in all day, losing half a days pay or more, for an engineer to rock up when they want. The fact he forgot his kit was just insult to injury. Not a good experience and I'd be wary of using this company again.

Entire Group did a really professional job on replacing my ageing heating system. Tradesman arrived on time, got on with the job with no fuss. The installation went perfectly, my new boiler fitted perfectly in the kitchen cupboard and it was possible to use the existing flue which made a really neat job.I have no hesitation in recommending this company, first class.

The service engineer called to say he was 20 minutes away. He was really thorough in servicing the boiler, called us to look at something that wasn’t an immediate problem but could be in the future. He tested in the attic and outside and left us confident that a full service had been done well. He was personable and professional. A great service!

Excellent service. Entire installed a new boiler for our house after our old one finally gave up after many years. From initial discussion, through implementation and after-care we've found them to be faultless. We have used them before for a bathroom installation... Highly recommended!

Amazing company.I highly recommend them. Our old boiler broke down on the coldest night for 12 years and couldn’t be repaired. They were quick to come to our rescue and fitted a new boiler. Everyone was really helpful and professional. Our new boiler has been in for six weeks now and we can’t believe the difference the new boiler made. Our home is now warmer than its ever been.
