Total Orthodontics Belfast, Ormeau Road

After an accident playing hockey in which I lost a front tooth I was referred to the Belfast Orthodontic Clinic. I have just finished my treatment and I only have very positive experiences with the clinic. Everyone is extremely professional and courteous, from the practice manager, front desk girls, dental and assistants and in my case Stephen was my orthodontist. I doubt there is a more skilled or precise orthodontist in Northern Ireland. I couldn't recommend the whole set up any higher. If you require braces for whatever reason this is the place to go. As an adult (like me) or if your child requires braces, look no further than Belfast Orthodontic Clinic.

My experience with Total Orthodontics has been fantastic. Every member of staff that I have dealt with have been friendly, professional and supportive during my ongoing treatment. Highly recommend!

My daughter was referred to Total Orthodontics for her braces and was under the care of Diego. From the very beginning of the process both Diego and the dental assistants took their time to explain every step to both me and my daughter and were always very helpful if we had questions. We started attending during COVID lockdown/s and all the staff took all the precautions to keep everyone safe. The receptionists were always very courteous and accommodating should we have needed to reschedule appointments or order replacement retainers- they were great! Would highly recommend visiting Diego and the team!

There is an ad on loop in the waiting room - about a dentist who needs everything straight. I get the concept for the ad - but it is potentially triggering for anyone with OCD in your waiting room. Also the disappointed look to the female dental assistant who doesn’t have her tray straight is so misogynistic. I’ve spoken to staff here before who said they would speak to the management. But it’s still on loop today. Thanks for consideration

My son was referred here, we were told his was a complex case and he was being referred as an urgent case to the royal school of dentistry and If we didn't hear within 2 weeks to call them or the royal. I finally got through to the royal after 4 weeks and they said the referral was never placed. Eventually got through to total orthodontics and they then apparently" sent it

Have been attending total orthodontics for 4 years now with all my kids, Diego an all staff are so friendly and helpful. With the covid restrictions in place we feel so safe an would highly recommend

First visit here with my son and have to say im very impressed i was greeted with very friendly staff over helpfull i have other kids at another orthodontics and dont get the same welcoming at reception so thats y i want to take the time to write a review a friendly face and very welcoming goes along way the girl at reception name was gemma so thank you gemma for being so friendly

My daughter Alexa has been attending Total Orthodontics for the past year. Diego and all the staff have been brilliant with her and went out of their way to ensure her braces were removed before she went on holidays. Alexa usually has a fear of going to the dentist, but the staff have put her at ease each visit.
